Nutty Poteeny
1/2 Poteen, 1/2 Frangelico, 1/2 Baileys, 1/2 Kahlua, 1/2 Scoop crushed ice, 2 scoops of Vanilla ice cream. Serve in tall wine glass and blend well.
Irish Ice Tea
1 oz. Poteen, 1/2oz. Gin, 1/2oz. Triple Sec, 2oz. Sweet & Sour, topped with Pepsi or Champagne. Serve in Collins glass, working mixer.
Fruit Potenny
1 oz. Poteen, 1/2 Tequila, 1/2 oz. Fruit Liquor, 2oz. Fruit, 1 Scoop crushed ice, 2oz. 2 x lime, 1oz. sweet & sour. Serve in Catalina glass, blend well and sugar rim.
Irish Cream
3/4 Poteen, 3/4 Green Creme de Menthe, 3/4 Baileys, Ice cream set, 1oz.1/2 & 1/2. Pour into 1/2 Blue Bols. Serve in tall wine glass and blend well.
Shamrock Surprise
3/4 oz. Poteen, 3/4 oz. White Creme de Menthe, 3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao, Scoop crushed ice, 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup, Pour in 1/2oz. Grenadine (non-alcoholic) Float 1/2 oz. Blue Bols. Serve in tall wine glass and blend well.
Poteen Passion
1 oz. Poteen, Fill with Orange Juice and Passion Juice 50/50, Float 1/2 oz. Blavod Black Vodka, Build. Serve in Catalina glass.
Irish Jig
3/4oz Poteen, 3/4oz Black Sambuca, 3/4oz Grenadine (non-alcoholic) Glass Shooter.
